Health is the measure of mental, social and physical ability of a person to perform their normal tasks in a dynamic environment. Health is assumed to be the moment when a person’s immune system is at optimal functioning therefore ensuring that the body is protected from all external factors that are responsible for causing disease and limit the bodies ability to function to its optimal level. Physical health can be improved in many ways but the most common involve eating healthy foods and doing regular. Eating habits that are considered to be healthy involve consuming foods that are balanced in that they provide all nutrients that are required by the body such as proteins, found in meat and fish, vitamins found in vegetables and fruits, and minerals such as zinc and calcium found in seeds and borne marrows. A person should develop a regular schedule for doing physical exercises such as jogging that help to keep the body in shape by enhancing breathing and general muscle and borne fitness, which help a person maintain a healthy lifestyle.
